  3. Items & categories

    Organise items clearly, with coloured categories, favourites and pictures. EAN scanner and Excel import and export make daily work and data upkeep easier.

  4. Cash book

    Keep income and expenses in view, compare target and actual and export the data as CSV for your tax adviser.

    Analyse sales, VAT and best-selling items at a glance. Compare periods, spot trends and export reports as PDF or CSV.

    Everyone gets the right permissions: you decide who may cancel or see the reports. With PIN lock and personal staff profiles.

  8. End-of-day closing

The flexikasse is developed by bsys GmbH in Tyrol. All data is transmitted encrypted (TLS 1.2/1.3) and stored on servers in Austria; signatures are created by a certified trust service provider in line with the RKSV.
