No, not necessarily. The flexikasse runs entirely in the browser, on any tablet, PC, laptop or smartphone. All you need is internet access. Optionally you can connect external devices such as receipt printers or card terminals. We will, however, get in touch to suggest and offer the right hardware for you.

Yes. Every receipt is digitally signed by a certified signature creation unit. The register fully complies with the Austrian cash register security regulation (RKSV) and the cash turnover regulation 2015 (Barumsatzverordnung).

The RKSV online connection costs €7 per month or €70 per year, plus VAT. It is required by law for every live register and includes a maximum of 30,000 transactions per month. For a higher volume of receipts, please talk to us.

Yes, all packages have a minimum term of 12 months. After that the subscription renews automatically and can be cancelled at the end of the current billing period. The demo is free and without obligation for 30 days.

When you set up the RKSV signature, you can enter your FinanzOnline credentials. The flexikasse then registers itself with FinanzOnline automatically. Zero receipts are created every month and sent to FinanzOnline automatically.

In other words: given an internet connection, the flexikasse handles all the required communication with the tax office for you. You do not have to take care of anything. The start receipt and the annual receipt are also created and submitted automatically. This is real added value; some competitors charge extra for it.

Yes, at any time. An upgrade takes effect immediately and the difference is charged pro rata. You can also switch from monthly to annual billing and save.

The subscription is paid securely by credit card (Visa, Mastercard) or SEPA direct debit. Invoices are created automatically and are available in the portal.

Payment note: credit card payment is not yet built into our website. For now the subscription is therefore paid by SEPA direct debit.

Yes. All data is transmitted encrypted (TLS 1.2/1.3) and stored on servers in Austria. Signatures are created by a certified trust service provider in line with the RKSV.
